This group has been running since January 2020. Members take turns offering to organise a lunch and suggest venues. Some are favourites that we have enjoyed in the past and some are new that someone has recommended we try. All venues are table service. We try to schedule several months ahead.
Anne coordinates the dates and organisers. The organisers make a provisional booking at their venue of choice (usually for 10 or 12 people) with final numbers confirmed to the venue by the organiser about 10 days before. Each organiser needs to have a slide for the monthly meeting for the 2 months before the lunch date as well as a sign-up form at the monthly meeting to gather names. Chris or Pam can help with slide/booking form preparation if needed.
Members make their own way to the venues and arrange car sharing if needed.
