The group meets at the Methodist Church Hall on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of the month.
The session includes some conversational Spanish, some grammar, and some Spanish culture, history, politics, or a news item. It starts at 10.30 and finishes around 11.30/11.45.
In February 2023 some members of the French and Spanish groups combined to celebrate Kate's special birthday.
Meeting room costs are shared between members and paid quarterly in advance for September-November, December-February, March-May, and June-August as advised each quarter.

Spanish early 2023
Read more: Spanish early 2023We began 2023 by celebrating the new year Spanish style with Cava (fizzy lemonade) and the twelve lucky grapes eaten on the strokes of midnight on New Year’s Eve.
